Inside Sales Representative – IT
MirazonInside Sales Representative in Louisville handling sales for IT services. Collaborating with clients and Account Managers to ensure accurate quoting and renewals in a detail-driven environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary sales contact for a segment of clients, handling quoting, renewals, and run-rate sales needs from start to finish
- Provide administrative and quoting support for named accounts, partnering closely with Account Managers to ensure accuracy, speed, and follow-through
- Turn proposals into profit across services, hardware, software, subscriptions, and renewals
- Decode vendor licensing, deal registrations, and partner programs so nothing slips through the cracks
- Prepare, manage, and maintain quotes using approved tools, pricing sheets, and vendor portals
- Track renewals and recurring revenue opportunities to support retention and growth
- Build deep working knowledge of vendor programs, licensing models, and subscription structures
- Continuously improve quoting efficiency, accuracy, and documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Sales or quoting experience (internship or 1–2 years), or a strong affinity for numbers, process, and technology
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear, professional communication skills and comfort collaborating with Account Managers, vendors, and clients
- A genuine love of learning
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, detail-driven environment with multiple priorities
