About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary sales contact for a segment of clients, handling quoting, renewals, and run-rate sales needs from start to finish
  • Provide administrative and quoting support for named accounts, partnering closely with Account Managers to ensure accuracy, speed, and follow-through
  • Turn proposals into profit across services, hardware, software, subscriptions, and renewals
  • Decode vendor licensing, deal registrations, and partner programs so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain quotes using approved tools, pricing sheets, and vendor portals
  • Track renewals and recurring revenue opportunities to support retention and growth
  • Build deep working knowledge of vendor programs, licensing models, and subscription structures
  • Continuously improve quoting efficiency, accuracy, and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Sales or quoting experience (internship or 1–2 years), or a strong affinity for numbers, process, and technology
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear, professional communication skills and comfort collaborating with Account Managers, vendors, and clients
  • A genuine love of learning
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, detail-driven environment with multiple priorities
