About the role
- Provide excellent technical support to clients while delivering exceptional customer service
- Focus on design, implementation, configuration, diagnosis, and resolution of infrastructure-focused technologies
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Deliver consulting services for Microsoft’s core business applications
- Create, maintain, and track client documentation
- Keep clients informed of incident progress
- Demonstrate abilities to provide solutions
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in technology industry; minimum 1 year of consulting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Achieve and maintain relevant technical certifications
- Communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
