About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the full delivery cycle of technical projects, mainly in CX and telecom environments
Handle both fixed-scope and Time & Materials (T&M) projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
Create and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, owners, and milestones
Identify project risks and coordinate with vendors, carriers, and third parties to resolve issues
Follow standard project management processes such as scheduling, reporting, change management, and risk tracking
Work closely with Engineering, Operations, IT, Product, Finance teams, and external partners
Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and costs together with Finance teams
Prepare project updates, reports, and dashboards for management and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of hands-on project management experience
Proven experience managing technical projects from initiation through closure
Experience coordinating service orders, carrier escalations, maintenance activities, and multi-party technical cutovers
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and Excel
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in multicultural and distributed team environments
PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification (Nice to have)
