About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the primary client-facing lead, managing stakeholder expectations, trust, and communication.
Own end-to-end delivery across the program, maintaining full visibility into technical and business workstreams.
Establish and continuously improve delivery processes, governance, planning, tracking, and reporting mechanisms.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, analysts, and vendors, while aligning priorities as business needs evolve.
Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, escalations, and delivery trade-offs to ensure successful outcomes.
Partner with Product and Technical Leads on backlog planning, prioritization, and delivery sequencing.
Collaborate with other Project Managers to ensure delivery continuity, knowledge sharing, and role backup.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on client feedback and lessons learned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, or in a similar technical delivery leadership role.
2+ years of hands-on experience in engineering or technical delivery roles.
Proven experience managing medium- to large-scale technical projects involving software development, systems integration, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, systems integration, and software development lifecycle concepts.
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and distributed teams in client-facing and outsourcing delivery environments.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-like environments with evolving responsibilities; Excellent communication, stakeholder management, risk management, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
Nice to have Experience in contact center, CX, IVR, or related technical domains.
