About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies and initiate cost optimization.
Verifying payments in the internal payment system against contracts and internal policies.
Oversee and facilitate the process of competitive bidding.
Maintain strong, professional relationships with Miratech’s strategic vendors.
Maintain a procurement competence centre to support best practices and knowledge sharing.
Support continuous improvement in procurement processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with company standards.
Perform other duties as may be required, consistent with the purpose of this role.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in controlling, finance, procurement compliance and procurement operations, or other roles involving contract management and internal procedures.
Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail when reviewing contracts, payments, and related documentation.
Results-oriented and confident, with a diplomatic communication style when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in multinational and cross-border environments is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
