About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and improve existing test automation
Identify and troubleshoot defects
Validate new features to ensure system stability, scalability, and compatibility with evolving product functionality
Play a key role in testing the backend of a customer’s CCaaS solution
Collaborate with teams to enhance customer service and deliver exceptional experiences.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years’ experience in software testing or QA
Experience with programming concepts and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript (Nice to have)
Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
Knowledge of version control, bug-tracking, and test management systems
Experience in back-end testing, API testing, or microservices testing
Troubleshooting and analytical skills, basic log analysis
Practical experience with databases (MySQL or similar)
Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux
Desirable skills: Experience with programming concepts and scripting in Java
Basic understanding of security protocols (OWASP, PCI Compliance)
Experience with high-volume transactional systems is a plus
