About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain Java microservices using Spring Boot.
- Assist in designing and implementing scalable and reliable features.
- Troubleshoot and provide support for existing services under guidance from senior engineers.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and peers to deliver high-quality software.
- Learn and apply best practices for cloud-based application development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of experience in Java development using Spring Boot.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud concepts is a plus (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- General understanding of version control (Git).
- Exposure to Docker or containerized environments (Nice to Have).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and development workflows (Nice to Have).
- Familiarity with cloud services (Google BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, etc.) (Nice to Have).
