About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end delivery of assigned technical projects
Manage technical projects with defined scope, budget, timeline, and success metrics
Act as primary point of accountability for project status, risks, blockers, and issue resolution
Coordinate service orders with internal engineering teams and follow up to closure
Apply structured project management practices including schedules, status reporting, change control, RAID logs
Produce accurate project status reports and dashboards
Deliver updates to engineering leadership and executive stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of hands-on project management experience in telecommunications, network engineering, or data center operations
Demonstrated ownership of technical projects from initiation through closure, including budget, schedule, scope, and risk
Working knowledge of voice services and IP networking (SIP/VoIP)
Prior experience with coordinating service orders, carrier escalations, and multi-party cutovers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and Excel for tracking and basic financial analysis
PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)
Prior experience in a telecom vendor, operator, ISP, or carrier (preferred)
Experience supporting data center consolidation, migration, or exit projects (preferred)
