About the role
- Lead client communication and facilitate analytical, discovery, and consultation meetings to elicit, clarify, and validate business requirements
- Collect, analyze, and translate business needs into clear functional and solution designs aligned with business and technical goals
- Actively participate in designing end-to-end solutions and coordinate their implementation in collaboration with technical teams
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and client stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize product requirements
- Apply strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle to ensure requirements are feasible, traceable, and implementation-ready
- Create high-quality documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria that are clear, complete, and testable
- Challenge and optimize requirements and processes, while supporting incident and defect analysis to drive measurable, high-value improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in complex, enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of BA methodologies, processes, and documentation standards
- Experience working on CX, CRM , or system integration projects is a plus
- Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to challenge assumptions and propose improvements
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Fluent English (Client-facing excellence with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally)
- Technical background or hands-on experience with Siebel, Alvaria, and/or Microsoft Copilot (advantage)
