Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma
3 to 5 years related experience and/or training in financial institutions
Comprehensive knowledge of lending operations, products, services, and applicable laws and regulations, including Fair Debt Collection Practices.
Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and online research tools.
