You accompany and advise our clients on BPM projects and actively contribute to orchestrating and automating their business processes.
You design well-thought-out BPM architectures with a clear separation of process and business logic together with our clients.
You implement business processes and write clean, maintainable, and well-testable code.
You analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
Together with our clients, you design and model new processes in BPMN 2.0 and support their implementation.

Requirements

Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in process automation, ideally with consulting experience.
Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, and Docker.
Experience with BPMN 2.0 and/or another process management tool such as Signavio or Adonis.
Strong communication skills.
Very good written and spoken German and English.
Self-motivation, strong willingness to learn, and enjoyment of dynamic teamwork in a growing company.
