About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Learn how to research and identify potential affiliate partners with mentorship from the marketing team
Support affiliate outreach using structured templates and best practices
Monitor affiliate platforms and track basic partner activity
Assist in preparing weekly performance summaries and interpreting affiliate data
Maintain and update CRM records to support organization and accuracy
Conduct competitor research and share strategic insights
Help update affiliate-facing marketing materials
Complete structured training sessions and document key learnings
Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team
Assist with planning and scheduling social media posts
Help draft captions, research hashtags, and tailor content per platform
Support basic community engagement (monitoring comments and messages)
Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth
Research trends, competitors, and content ideas
Organize media assets and support brand consistency
Document insights related to social strategy and execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current college students or recent graduates in marketing, business, communications, or related fields
Individuals curious about affiliate marketing, partnerships, or e-commerce growth
Organized, proactive learners eager to build professional skills
Candidates comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and social platforms
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube (Preferred Skills but Not Required)
