About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Active sales of local IT infrastructures and cloud solutions hosted on our own cloud.
- Prospecting and advising small and medium-sized businesses.
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships — not one-off contacts.
- Needs assessment and clear solution presentations (remote & on-site).
- Actively contributing to the development of our sales processes and strategy.
- Creating solution concepts and proposals.
- Identifying up‑selling opportunities with your customers.
- Willingness to be deployed throughout Germany.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have an interest in sales and IT — we will teach you the technical depth.
- You are strong in communication on the phone, in meetings and in face‑to‑face customer interactions on site.
- You have a willingness to learn, initiative and perseverance.
- Ideally you have some sales experience — but your motivation matters most.
- Challenges don’t put you off — they motivate you.
- You’re not afraid of responsibility and enjoy making decisions.
- You’re curious, eager to learn and want to continually improve.
- Team spirit is not a buzzword for you but part of everyday work.
