About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Active sales of local IT infrastructures and cloud solutions hosted on our own cloud.
  • Prospecting and advising small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships — not one-off contacts.
  • Needs assessment and clear solution presentations (remote & on-site).
  • Actively contributing to the development of our sales processes and strategy.
  • Creating solution concepts and proposals.
  • Identifying up‑selling opportunities with your customers.
  • Willingness to be deployed throughout Germany.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have an interest in sales and IT — we will teach you the technical depth.
  • You are strong in communication on the phone, in meetings and in face‑to‑face customer interactions on site.
  • You have a willingness to learn, initiative and perseverance.
  • Ideally you have some sales experience — but your motivation matters most.
  • Challenges don’t put you off — they motivate you.
  • You’re not afraid of responsibility and enjoy making decisions.
  • You’re curious, eager to learn and want to continually improve.
