About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Active sales of on-premises IT infrastructure and cloud solutions hosted in our own cloud
- Outreach and consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships — not one-off contacts
- Needs assessment & clear solution presentations (remote & on-site)
- Active contribution to shaping our sales processes and strategy
- Developing concepts and preparing proposals
- Identifying upselling opportunities with your customers
- Willingness to work across Germany
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have an interest in sales and IT — we will teach the technical depth
- Strong communication skills on the phone, in meetings, and in face-to-face customer interactions
- Willingness to learn, self-initiative, and persistence
- Ideally you have some sales experience — motivation is the decisive factor

- You’re not afraid of responsibility and you enjoy making decisions
- You are curious, eager to learn, and want to continuously improve
