Content Manager

• Lead content strategy and be the main point of contact for multiple fintech clients
• Generate and execute strategies to help clients acquire customers with content
• Generate monthly content ideas aligned with client goals and Bottom of Funnel focus
• Ensure visibility in AI search/LLMs and monitor results (traffic, acquisition, rankings)
• Present outcomes in Looker dashboards
• Lead expert interviews, prepare questions, and analyse interview takeaways
• Set up Trello workflows and coordinate writers through drafts to final Clearscope-optimised articles
• Edit and finalise drafts, manage client feedback, and upload articles into the client’s CMS
• Run weekly/fortnightly client calls, provide Friday status updates, and manage scope
• Collaborate with the Mint Studios team, join strategy calls, brainstorm, and participate in monthly one-on-ones
• Handle account management, retain clients long-term, and manage a writer for each account
• Occasionally create blog content for Mint Studios, write for clients if required, and support hiring new team members
