About the role

  • Design static ad creatives that use strong typography, hierarchy, and layout to drive attention and clarity

Requirements

  • 2+ years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio that highlights ad creatives or conversion-minded visuals
  • High proficiency in Photoshop (this is your must-have tool) for compositing, typography, and rapid iteration under deadlines
  • Comfort working in Figma for layouts, components, and collaborative reviews
  • Hands-on experience using AI in the design process—you'll be using it extensively with this team
  • Understanding of paid media basics and ad specs; Facebook or paid social experience is a plus
  • Thoughtful and methodical approach, balancing creativity with disciplined file hygiene and consistency
  • Calm under pressure with strong prioritization skills to meet weekly quotas without cutting corners
  • Clear communicator who thrives in an 80% independent, 20% collaborative workflow and welcomes feedback
