About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end design and development of a custom Mint Source website, from discovery to launch (structure, UX, UI, build, QA, deployment)
  • Lead website information architecture: sitemap, page hierarchy, navigation, and conversion paths
  • Design wireframes, mockups, and visual assets that align with Mint Source’s identity and target audience
  • Build responsive pages with strong performance, accessibility, and cross-browser consistency
  • Implement best practices for SEO, structure, and scalability to support long-term growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, align on direction, and iterate on feedback
  • Set up analytics and tracking (GA4, pixels if needed) with basic conversion events
  • Launch confidently: testing, bug fixes, performance tuning, and post-launch support window
  • Deliver the project within agreed timelines while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements

  • Portfolio required : at least 3 custom websites you designed and built (share links and your role in each)
  • Strong understanding of modern web design principles, UX/UI best practices, and branding
  • Hands-on experience with front-end development technologies such Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, etc.
  • Experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity, Strapi, Contentful, Prismic) is preferred.
  • Ability to think strategically about how design and structure support brand credibility and conversions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate ideas into clear design and development decisions
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished, professional work
  • Self-directed and accountable, with the ability to manage a project independently from start to finish
  • Creative vision combined with practical execution, balancing aesthetics with functionality
