About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a group of Associates who handle complex Serious Injury claims, predominantly RTA-based, typically valued over multi-million-pound outcomes.
Alongside your team, take responsibility for case strategy throughout the lifecycle of the claim, including liability, quantum, rehabilitation planning and settlement.
Provide guidance, oversight and peer support to your team ensuring outcomes for clients and the business are achieved.
Lead with integrity, be respectful of all colleague opinions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEX with right to litigate with over 8+ Years PQE.
A proven track record as a senior fee earners on Serious Injury matters achieving outcomes of over £3m
A consistent record of high-quality client care.
Experience supporting, mentoring or developing colleagues.
Experience of conducting 1-2-1’s / personal development plans / performance reviews at a senior colleague level
The professional credibility to represent the firm externally within the Serious Injury sector.
