About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage incoming/outgoing calls acting as the first point of contact for new claim enquiries related to EL/PL.
Provide initial legal advice and funding.
Draft initial claim notifications.
Contribute to the general success of the department.
Assess liability and quantum to include reviewing medical reports applicable to the Whiplash Matrix.
Maintain proactive contact with all customers, providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in dealing with high volume of claims.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work with a task-based case management system.
Must provide excellent client care.
