About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Strengthen the management of the company's strategic projects.
We are looking for a responsible professional with strong execution skills, a structured process mindset, and technical familiarity with infrastructure and systems, working on projects in Technology, Insurance Products, Commercial/Sales, Human Resources, and Information Security.
The ideal profile is hybrid, with hands-on experience in both agile and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies, able to adapt and make decisions under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
We seek a hands-on individual who is proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of driving complex projects autonomously with prioritization and a focus on results.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Agile and ITIL certifications
Prior experience delivering projects using both agile and Waterfall methodologies
Project management and control tools: MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, ServiceNow (or similar tools), Miro, among others
Preparation of executive project status reports
Control and tracking of agile deliverables
Experience presenting to senior management and executives
