About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create campaigns and communication materials for OCM initiatives.
- Translate organizational changes and complex content into clear, engaging visual communications.
- Develop assets for internal communications, presentations, e-books, infographics, websites, social media and printed materials.
- Create visual concepts and narratives to engage employees during transformation processes.
- Produce and edit corporate videos, animations, motion graphics and GIFs.
- Ensure visual identity consistency across all materials.
- Plan and oversee the graphic production of content.
- Work in partnership with OCM, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources and other stakeholders.
- Mentor junior and mid-level professionals.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in graphic design, visual communication, branding and multimedia content.
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience with internal communication campaigns and employee engagement.
- Experience in video creation, editing and post-production.
- Knowledge of print production, layout/design and motion graphics.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear visual materials.
- Experience managing priorities and multiple concurrent projects.
- Knowledge of Organizational Change Management (OCM) (preferred).
- Experience in organizational transformation projects or systems implementations (preferred).
- Internal communication, internal marketing (endomarketing) and employee engagement (preferred).
- Storytelling and visual narrative development (preferred).
- Change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci (preferred).
- AI tools applied to creative work (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI and digital design (preferred).
