About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Highly skilled Java developer working with modern technologies; backend competencies required to build robust, scalable, and efficient applications, as well as to manage and optimize infrastructures.
  • Design, code, test, and maintain applications using Java, working with user requirements, system architecture, database integration, and troubleshooting, focusing on performance, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Knowledge and skills: Full Stack Developer (experience in both back-end and front-end development).
  • Proficiency in Java (Quarkus, Spring Boot framework, Maven, EJB, WebLogic), Node.js, Angular, Bootstrap, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
  • Databases: MySQL, Oracle, and Hive.
  • DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF), Extreme Programming (XP), Lean Manufacturing).
  • Concepts of distributed computing and microservices.
  • Container orchestration (Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Rancher).
  • Kubernetes clusters and related resources.
  • Docker containers.
  • Continuous delivery processes and tools: CI/CD, Jenkins, and Argo.
  • Public clouds: IBM Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS.
  • Building cloud environment monitoring systems: Prometheus and Grafana.
