About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective), ensuring the application of Scrum practices.
Support the Product Owner in creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the backlog, conducting elicitation, refinement, and detailing of requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Assist in defining Sprint goals and track the progress of deliveries, promoting team predictability and efficiency.
Monitor agile indicators and metrics such as Burndown, Velocity, Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Throughput, proposing continuous improvement actions.
Identify, prioritize, and remove impediments that impact team performance.
Act as a facilitator between business and development areas, promoting alignment and collaboration among stakeholders.
Support other squads when necessary, disseminating agile best practices.
Contribute to activities related to project provisioning and billing.
Encourage continuous process improvement, strengthening the agile culture and high performance of the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
Practical experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.
Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and removing impediments.
Knowledge of requirements elicitation, refinement, and detailing.
Experience interacting with business stakeholders and development teams.
Familiarity with agile metrics such as Burndown, Velocity, Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Throughput.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
