About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Making contacts, sending spreadsheets, and registering on third‑party platforms when access is required for partner operator environments under SWAP assignee or assignor contracts.
  • Validation of SWAP events with operators' NOC (Network Operations Center).
  • Monitoring during mass/large‑scale events.

  • Inserting reference points and nearby singularities to locate the fault in the external network TA.
  • Analysis of closures and creation of the singularity point entered for the recovered point.
  • Validation and closure of DRACO Alarm tickets.
  • Handling of DRACO hardware failures.
