About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of changes (Change Management), ensuring controlled and secure execution.
  • Record, document, assess, plan, authorize, implement and review changes.
  • Work on the management of Normal, Standard and Emergency changes.
  • Coordinate and follow the approval process with the CAB (Change Advisory Board).
  • Plan and oversee change tests and contingency tests.
  • Ensure changes are executed according to processes, minimizing risks and impacts to the production environment.
  • Monitor and control the implementation of changes, ensuring traceability and compliance.
  • Prepare technical documentation and change records.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews (Post Implementation Review - PIR), identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate activities between technical teams and involved areas throughout the change process.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and IT governance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience in Change Management.
  • Experience in documenting, recording, assessing and planning changes.
  • Experience managing Normal, Standard and Emergency changes.
  • Knowledge of change authorization processes and participation in the CAB.
  • Experience monitoring the implementation and review of changes.
  • Experience coordinating operational activities related to changes.
  • Experience executing and validating change tests and contingency tests.
  • Knowledge of operational control and lifecycle management of changes.
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks and ITIL best practices.
  • Good analytical skills, organization, communication and ability to manage multiple demands.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or higher (preferred).
  • Experience in mission-critical and high-availability environments (preferred).
  • Experience in financial institutions or large-scale IT infrastructure operations (preferred).
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management, among others) (preferred).
