About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Elicit, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Model processes and specify functional and technical solutions.
- Provide technical support to development teams.
- Monitor the full lifecycle of requests, from analysis through deployment.
- Ensure requirements traceability and keep documentation up to date.
- Lead requirements-gathering, refinement, and project follow-up meetings.
- Identify risks, impacts, and opportunities for process and system improvements.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in systems analysis.
- Knowledge of Java.
- Ability to act as an interface between business, development, architecture, and QA.
- Experience managing projects using agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, and RUP).
