About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the liaison between the support areas of the insurance sales system and the technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and tracking of requests.
Perform data extraction, analysis and cleansing to support incident investigation and decision-making.
Develop SQL and PL/SQL queries, and adjust procedures, packages and scripts for fixes and improvements.
Create and maintain dashboards, management reports and statistical displays using Power BI.
Support deployment, acceptance testing (homologation) and solution testing activities, performing validations using tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
Develop automations for data loading and processing using Python.
Analyze portal workflows and propose improvements, performing JavaScript analysis when necessary.
Investigate and resolve incidents related to the data environment, ensuring the quality and reliability of information.
Handle large volumes of data to generate KPIs, analyses and support for business areas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvements in processes and data solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience extracting, manipulating and analyzing large volumes of data.
Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for developing queries, procedures, packages and scripts.
Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Practical experience with ETL processes and automating routines using Python.
Experience testing APIs using Postman and/or SoapUI.
Knowledge of deployment, acceptance/homologation and support of data solutions.
Experience analyzing and handling incidents in production environments.
Knowledge of JavaScript for workflow analysis and identifying improvement opportunities.
Experience interacting with business stakeholders and technical teams, acting as a facilitator between teams.
