About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor merchant acquiring operations and payment methods;
Monitor financial transactions and identify inconsistencies;
Perform operational and financial analyses related to card and electronic payments;
Manage relationships with acquirers, sub-acquirers and financial partners;
Support financial reconciliation processes;
Prepare management reports and performance indicators;
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes;
Assist in incident resolution and coordinate with involved areas;
Ensure compliance with card brand rules and internal policies;
Participate in projects related to the development of payment products and solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in the merchant acquiring or payments industry.
Knowledge of credit, debit and PIX transactions.
Understanding of capture and authorization flow.
Knowledge of ISO 8583 protocol and/or transactional communication.
Familiarity with POS terminals, TEF and capture solutions.
Experience in analyzing and handling operational incidents.
Data analysis skills and problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of PCI certifications and payment security standards.
Knowledge of card brand certifications and release processes.
Experience with terminal and capture application certification/homologation.
Experience with card brands such as Visa, Mastercard, Elo and American Express.
Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis.
Basic SQL knowledge for queries.
Experience participating in homologation, pilot and rollout projects.
Knowledge of the EMV protocol.
Experience with integrations between payment applications and commercial automations.
Technical English for reading documentation and specifications.
