About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on SAP projects focused on Controllership, participating in implementation, enhancement, support and transformation initiatives for financial and managerial processes.
The professional will work in a global environment, interacting with international teams and supporting projects related to corporate reorganizations, mergers, incorporations and acquisitions, ensuring Controllership processes align with SAP best practices.
Elicit, analyze and design SAP CO solutions for projects, improvements and support activities.
Collaborate with Controllership, Accounting, Finance and Planning departments.
Configure the SAP CO module.
Support integrated testing, user acceptance (UAT), cutover and post-go-live activities.
Prepare functional specifications, process documentation and test scenarios.
Produce user support and training materials.
Participate in period-end managerial and financial closing processes.
Support initiatives involving incorporations, mergers, acquisitions and corporate reorganizations, assessing impacts on the SAP organizational structure.
Attend international meetings and interact with global teams in English.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Mid-Level SAP CO Consultant.
Solid knowledge of Controllership processes in SAP.
Experience with cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, cost allocation and distribution, planning and managerial/accounting period-end closing.
Knowledge of integrations between SAP CO and FI, MM, SD and other SAP modules.
Fluent English for participation in international meetings and preparation of functional documentation.
Experience in functional documentation, requirements gathering and test execution.
Experience with incorporations, mergers and acquisitions, considering impacts on organizational structures and accounting/management models.
Desirable/Additional knowledge:
SAP S/4HANA.
SAP BPC.
SAP Group Reporting.
Budget planning.
Financial consolidation and management reporting.
Experience in implementation, rollout, migration, carve-out, merger, incorporation or corporate reorganization projects.
SAP training/academia in CO, BPC or Group Reporting.
Integrated teamwork with FI, MM, SD, BW, BPC and Group Reporting teams.
