About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain control and management of the inventory of corporate software and applications;
Ensure cataloging, updating and traceability of software assets;
Monitor the accuracy and compliance of information related to applications and their environments;
Support technology asset governance, ensuring adherence to established policies and processes;
Identify inconsistencies, opportunities for improvement and propose corrective actions;
Track the software lifecycle from onboarding to retirement;
Prepare reports, metrics and controls related to the applications inventory;
Work collaboratively with Technology, Governance, Infrastructure, Security and business teams;
Support internal and external audits related to IT asset management;
Contribute to continuous improvement of technology asset management and control processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
Experience with control, inventory or management of technology assets;
Knowledge of Information Technology concepts and corporate environments;
Experience with analysis and organization of information and processes;
Familiarity with asset management, control or inventory tools;
Experience creating and maintaining controls, reports and performance indicators;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel;
Analytical skills and attention to detail;
Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM);
Knowledge of ITIL and IT governance processes;
Experience with CMDB and asset inventory tools;
Knowledge of software licensing;
Experience with Power BI for analysis and monitoring of metrics;
Certifications related to IT Governance, ITIL or Asset Management.
