Key responsibilities & impact

The Junior Java Full Stack Developer is an early-career professional who works on the development and maintenance of web applications, participating in both back-end activities using Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot, and front-end activities using technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or React.
Main responsibilities include developing features, fixing bugs, creating and consuming APIs, performing database queries, executing tests, and participating in the team's agile ceremonies.
On a daily basis, this professional works alongside more experienced developers, receiving technical guidance and contributing to project deliverables.
Expected to have basic knowledge of object-oriented programming, databases, code versioning with Git, and development best practices.
In addition to technical skills, it is important to demonstrate quick learning ability, good communication, organization, proactivity, and teamwork skills.
The primary goal is to support the development of the organization's technological solutions while expanding knowledge and practical experience, progressively taking on more complex and autonomous tasks.
