Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Junior Java Full Stack Developer is an early-career professional who works on the development and maintenance of web applications, participating in both back-end activities using Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot, and front-end activities using technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or React.
  • Main responsibilities include developing features, fixing bugs, creating and consuming APIs, performing database queries, executing tests, and participating in the team's agile ceremonies.
  • On a daily basis, this professional works alongside more experienced developers, receiving technical guidance and contributing to project deliverables.
  • Expected to have basic knowledge of object-oriented programming, databases, code versioning with Git, and development best practices.
  • In addition to technical skills, it is important to demonstrate quick learning ability, good communication, organization, proactivity, and teamwork skills.
  • The primary goal is to support the development of the organization's technological solutions while expanding knowledge and practical experience, progressively taking on more complex and autonomous tasks.
