About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Minsait is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Manager to lead the multidisciplinary team responsible for SAP, CRM Dynamics, Salesforce and Contact Center (Genesys, NICE, Five9) practices.
- The professional will be responsible for leading and developing the pre-sales team, ensuring technical excellence, commercial alignment and integration across technology, marketing and alliances.
- Will act directly in relationships with strategic clients and technology partners, supporting the sales team in structuring value propositions, innovative solutions and competitive strategies for large accounts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Essential requirements include strong technical capability and consultative vision, solid team leadership, experience in complex B2B sales, strategic positioning of offerings, and strong executive communication skills. The ideal profile combines business acumen, technological expertise and a results-oriented commercial mindset. Experience working with CRM Dynamics, Salesforce and Contact Center (Genesys, NICE, Five9).
- Proven experience in project management, preferably with a background in pre-sales or commercial areas.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban or similar).
- Ability to translate business needs into viable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Analytical mindset and results focus.
- University degree in IT and postgraduate studies in project management or related fields.
