About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Translate business needs into structured functional requirements; support the construction of end-to-end flows with detailed business rules; actively participate in agile ceremonies, contributing clear functional input to the backlog.
Efficiently manage the process backlog with strategic prioritization.
Develop and document business rules in detail, facilitating understanding and alignment with the business area, and support the transition and sustainment between functional definition and technical implementation.
Facilitate requirements gathering and validation meetings, ensuring understanding by key stakeholders.
