About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate business needs into structured functional requirements.
- Support the construction of end-to-end flows, detailing business rules.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies.
- Contribute clear functional input to the backlog.
- Efficiently manage the process backlog with strategic prioritization.
- Develop and document business rules in detail.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and validation meetings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in functional analysis or a similar role.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
