About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a Scrum Master applying agile methodology in collaboration with areas that can benefit from this role.
Proactively analyze and propose improvements to task management processes and practices.
Audit the proper use of our task management tools (Jira), identifying and correcting any deviations from best practices.
Maintain solid knowledge of Scrum, SAFe and Lean.
Scrum Master certification is desirable.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in agile environments
Experience applying agile methodologies across different areas of the business
Experience in continuous improvement of processes and task management
Strong knowledge of: Scrum, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Lean
Proficiency with agile management tools, especially Jira (configuration, usage and auditing of best practices)
Proactive in identifying issues and proposing process improvements
Strong facilitation and communication skills
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
Analytical and results-oriented mindset
Ability to influence and promote an agile culture
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent) is a plus
Experience with agile transformation at scale is a plus
Practical knowledge of agile governance is a plus
