About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise, train and empower the management team regarding processes and procedures for Operational Risk Management, Information Security, Compliance, and Corporate Governance;
- Coordinate, analyze, prepare, and review documentation related to Operational Risk Management processes;
- Actively participate in Change Management incidents;
- Propose and develop Action Plans for the continuous improvement of Operational Risk Management processes;
- Support the implementation of Governance Management projects and management systems, and the deployment of applications for Operational Risk Management, Information Security, Compliance, and Corporate Governance;
- Provide support to Operational Risk Management and Corporate Governance professionals who use technology and systems, and collaborate with directorate teams and client areas;
- Monitor Operational Risk Management projects;
- Support the implementation of the Supplier Traceability Service Level;
- Define and coordinate the preparation, review, and enforcement of Operational Procedures;
- Monitor and review all conditions related to Operational Risk Management and Information Security.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or IT (completed);
- Generalist consultant with prior experience in business consulting, capable of adapting to varied projects;
- Experience in projects such as PMO (Project Management Office);
- Process Optimization and Process Mapping;
- Organizational and Structural Analysis;
- Strategic Analysis;
- Act as a functional liaison between business areas and technical teams in software and solution implementation projects;
- Change Management (Change Management).
- Preferred: English and/or Spanish.
