About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement).
Support multidisciplinary squads in adopting and evolving agile practices.
Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams.
Monitor agile metrics and performance indicators, proposing continuous improvement actions.
Support Product Owners and teams in backlog management and prioritization.
Foster collaboration between business areas, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Identify risks and assist in defining mitigation plans.
Lead agile transformation initiatives and promote agile culture across the organization.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and activities focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mid-level experience working as a Scrum Master or in related roles.
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.
Experience facilitating agile ceremonies.
Knowledge of backlog management and tracking agile metrics (Velocity, Lead Time, Burndown, and Burnup).
Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar.
Ability to remove impediments and manage risks in agile environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Experience in software development and/or digital product environments.
