About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement).
  • Support multidisciplinary squads in adopting and evolving agile practices.
  • Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams.
  • Monitor agile metrics and performance indicators, proposing continuous improvement actions.
  • Support Product Owners and teams in backlog management and prioritization.
  • Foster collaboration between business areas, technical teams, and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and assist in defining mitigation plans.
  • Lead agile transformation initiatives and promote agile culture across the organization.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and activities focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Mid-level experience working as a Scrum Master or in related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience facilitating agile ceremonies.
  • Knowledge of backlog management and tracking agile metrics (Velocity, Lead Time, Burndown, and Burnup).
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar.
  • Ability to remove impediments and manage risks in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in software development and/or digital product environments.
