About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform initial analysis and prioritization of tickets opened in ITSM, ensuring information completeness and correct routing of requests to the responsible squads.
- Manage and monitor the lifecycle of activities in Open Project or similar tools, ensuring traceability, status updates and alignment between tickets, tasks and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary interface between the client, technical squads and project leadership, conducting alignments, regular follow-ups and handling risks, impediments and issues that may impact deadlines or delivery quality.
- Support sprint planning and monitoring with Tech Leads, tracking priorities, team capacity and progress of tasks.
- Coordinate the user acceptance process with users and focal points, overseeing functional validations, evidence collection and necessary adjustments until final approval.
- Ensure formalization of production releases by closing tickets and updating corporate tools according to defined processes.
- Prepare operational reports, KPIs and status reports to track activities and support project governance. Identify continuous improvement opportunities in processes and operational flows, contributing to increased efficiency and reduced rework.
- Support junior analysts in organizing and tracking requests.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Previous experience in the role.
- Experience with agile methodologies and management tools such as ITSM, Open Project, Jira or similar.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, experience monitoring KPIs and producing documentation and executive reports. Experience in IT projects or operations is desirable.
- Desired profile: communicative, analytical, proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent demands and interact with different stakeholders.
