About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the technical reference for the PDSA Product Owners team.
- Support the creation and refinement of user stories, technical stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct elicitation, documentation, and analysis of business processes related to the Claims and Assistance journey.
- Identify opportunities for automation, operational efficiency, and the application of Artificial Intelligence.
- Support Product Owners in assessing technical impacts, dependencies, and risks of initiatives.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for development teams.
- Lead alignments and negotiations with partner areas to ensure engagement and the resolution of impediments.
- Participate in architecture definitions and solution design together with technology teams.
- Ensure traceability between business requirements, the technical solution, and delivery.
- Support the evolution of digital products and processes within the Claims and Assistance ecosystem.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in technical leadership, business analysis, solution architecture, or related roles.
- Knowledge of Claims and/or Assistance processes in the insurance market.
- Knowledge of software development and application lifecycle.
- Experience writing technical stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in eliciting and mapping business processes.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and negotiations with different stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Product Management practices.
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs, microservices, and systems architecture.
