About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the technical reference for the PDSA Product Owners team.
  • Support the creation and refinement of user stories, technical stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct elicitation, documentation, and analysis of business processes related to the Claims and Assistance journey.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, operational efficiency, and the application of Artificial Intelligence.
  • Support Product Owners in assessing technical impacts, dependencies, and risks of initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements for development teams.
  • Lead alignments and negotiations with partner areas to ensure engagement and the resolution of impediments.
  • Participate in architecture definitions and solution design together with technology teams.
  • Ensure traceability between business requirements, the technical solution, and delivery.
  • Support the evolution of digital products and processes within the Claims and Assistance ecosystem.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in technical leadership, business analysis, solution architecture, or related roles.
  • Knowledge of Claims and/or Assistance processes in the insurance market.
  • Knowledge of software development and application lifecycle.
  • Experience writing technical stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience in eliciting and mapping business processes.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and negotiations with different stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Product Management practices.
  • Knowledge of integrations, APIs, microservices, and systems architecture.
