About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide on-site support to end users for desktop computing (microcomputing).
Respond to and resolve incident tickets and service requests related to desktop computing.
Assist users with technology-related questions and IT service requests.
Perform Service Configuration and Asset Management activities (CMDB).
Register and update Configuration Items.
Create and maintain technical documentation for assets and services.
Generate reports on Configuration Items.
Execute and monitor emergency, normal, and standard changes related to IT assets.
Participate in Change Management processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed or pursuing a university degree in:
- Logistics;
- Business Administration;
- Accounting;
- Economics;
- Engineering;
- Computer Science;
- Information Technology;
- Statistics;
- Mathematics;
- Or another degree with an MBA or postgraduate qualification in Administration or Management.
Knowledge of technical support and end-user assistance for desktop computing.
Knowledge of Configuration and Service Asset Management (CMDB).
Knowledge of IT Change Management processes.
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
