About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The employee will be responsible for mapping quality processes in the IDP, supporting the organization and continuous improvement of user journeys.
- Will facilitate alignment between management and product teams, ensuring integration of strategic requirements.
- Will also incorporate development journeys into the IDP platform and conduct user research to identify needs and improvement opportunities.
- Responsibilities include driving iterative improvements to information architecture and interface design to create more intuitive and efficient user experiences.
- Figma and FigJam will be used to perform UX and UI activities.
- The Mosaik CMS, the Microsoft 365 suite and the Business Map management tool will also be used.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, able to operate in similar environments, understanding, defining and mapping processes and the people involved.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to identify needs and propose solutions for non-technical problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and prior experience using research techniques.
- Excellent research skills, with the ability to evaluate technologies and their impact on users.
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma and Sketch for low- and high-fidelity wireframes.
- Knowledge of research techniques (qualitative and quantitative).
- Experience with SQL.
