About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Map, review and standardize corporate processes, proposing improvements and defining performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor application and compliance with the Lei do Bem within the company: support identification of eligible projects, document control, internal audits and preparation of information for accounting/consulting.
- Support project and PDSA teams in implementing methodologies (PDCA/PDSA), defining scope, schedules, metrics and progress reports.
- Create and maintain templates, flowcharts, tracking forms and dashboards for continuous monitoring.
- Deliver trainings and alignments for teams on processes, governance and Lei do Bem requirements.
- Support risk analysis, internal controls and continuous improvement of innovation and development processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, engineering, commercial, finance) to ensure integration between processes and strategic objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, Technology or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate processes, project management or continuous improvement (mid-level).
- Practical knowledge of the Lei do Bem (Brazil's tax incentive for innovation) and experience operationalizing it is an important differential.
- Experience with PDSA/PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
- Skills in process mapping (BPMN or similar) and creating technical documentation.
- Analytical capacity, attention to detail, clear communication and ability to work with multiple areas.
