About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Map, review and standardize corporate processes, proposing improvements and defining performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor application and compliance with the Lei do Bem within the company: support identification of eligible projects, document control, internal audits and preparation of information for accounting/consulting.
  • Support project and PDSA teams in implementing methodologies (PDCA/PDSA), defining scope, schedules, metrics and progress reports.
  • Create and maintain templates, flowcharts, tracking forms and dashboards for continuous monitoring.
  • Deliver trainings and alignments for teams on processes, governance and Lei do Bem requirements.
  • Support risk analysis, internal controls and continuous improvement of innovation and development processes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, engineering, commercial, finance) to ensure integration between processes and strategic objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, Technology or related fields.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate processes, project management or continuous improvement (mid-level).
  • Practical knowledge of the Lei do Bem (Brazil's tax incentive for innovation) and experience operationalizing it is an important differential.
  • Experience with PDSA/PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
  • Skills in process mapping (BPMN or similar) and creating technical documentation.
  • Analytical capacity, attention to detail, clear communication and ability to work with multiple areas.
