About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and monitor the evolution of infrastructure support processes for Cloud and SaaS services.
- Define, deploy and monitor the performance of public clouds, applications and AWS services, developing and applying capabilities and security methods and techniques such as penetration testing and vulnerability monitoring (AAS – attacks against cloud-native applications and privileged access systems in AWS S3 and Azure Cloud), in accordance with information security standards and culture.
- Define, test and implement a cloud security strategy that increases component utilization and reduces costs, aligned with user supply constraints, defining the continuous technical resources required to operate services on AWS cloud, and applying security models and tools to ensure that security best practices and protection of necessary technical resources adhere to the implemented context and policies.
- Perform capacity planning for the team and act in incident, problem and operational risk management.
- Disseminate new knowledge and best practices and develop the infrastructure and applications areas.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in IT and/or related courses.
- Experience with networking, firewalls, connectivity, Workplace, Azure, Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, middleware, databases, OCI, DevOps, backup and Linux.
- Act as a cross-functional technical reference with the client and the teams/towers for networking, firewalls, connectivity, Workplace, Azure, Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, middleware, databases, OCI, DevOps, backup, Linux, monitoring and automation.
- Technically lead crisis response, support RCAs (root cause analyses), address recurring issues, propose improvements, perform health checks, maintain runbooks, implement automations and stabilization plans.
- Experience in critical 24x7 operations with ITIL practices, including incident, problem, change and request management and SLAs.
- Advantage: proficiency in English or Spanish.
