About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the interface between the business and IT, responsible for gathering and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements, writing user stories, use cases, technical/functional documentation, defining acceptance criteria and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
Evaluate impacts and dependencies across systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Data modeling and SQL (MS SQL Server and/or DB2)
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Experience with demand management tools (e.g., Jira) and screen prototyping tools (Figma preferred)
System integration (REST APIs, message queues, webhooks) and basic layered architecture concepts.
