About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Will contribute to the development of backend solutions and integration with Artificial Intelligence, building scalable, data-driven systems to support decision-making.
Develop and maintain medium- to high-complexity systems, working with considerable autonomy and without the need for constant direct supervision.
Activities such as development and coding, requirements analysis, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance and updates, and understanding of the business will be required.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Node.js and Python
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Experience integrating RESTful APIs
Ability to analyze and present results to internal stakeholders, supporting decision-making
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering (AI)
Desirable: knowledge of Artificial Intelligence; experience with LangChain or FastAPI; familiarity with Azure OpenAI; experience with open-source models (e.g., LLaMA)
Experience with Docker
Knowledge of Kubernetes
Analytical and results-oriented
Good communication skills across technical and business teams
Ability to work autonomously on complex projects
Proactive in problem-solving
