About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements;
Create user stories, use cases and technical/functional documentation;
Define acceptance criteria together with the involved stakeholders;
Support testing and validation processes for deliverables;
Act as a bridge between technical and business areas;
Perform impact and dependency analysis between systems;
Support development teams in understanding the requirements;
Ensure clarity, traceability and organization of project information.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst or in related roles;
Knowledge of data modeling and SQL;
Experience with MS SQL Server and/or DB2;
Understanding of the software development lifecycle;
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban);
Experience with demand management tools such as Jira;
Ability to produce technical and functional documentation.
Nice to have
Knowledge of screen prototyping (Figma);
Experience with system integrations:
REST APIs;
Message queues;
Webhooks;
Familiarity with layered architecture concepts;
Previous experience in structured corporate environments;
Experience in the financial sector.
