About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operate and monitor batch workflows in Control-M (Mainframe), ensuring SLAs.
Act quickly on abends/failures in the workflow: analysis, correction, release and reprocessing/restarts.
Perform quick program inspections to identify root cause and execution parameters.
Make changes to JCL, COBOL/DB2 programs (steps, DD statements, parameters, datasets, conditionals, return codes).
Adjust and validate SYSINs (control cards/execution parameters).
Implement changes and perform analysis on COBOL programs/JCLs following the change management process (when applicable).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields.
Availability to work on weekends (rotating schedule).
Ability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo, SP.
