About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support maintenance and support activities for the SAP SD module
Assist in incident analysis and resolution
Provide support to end users (key users)
Participate in unit and integration testing
Assist in the preparation of documentation (BPDs, manuals, and process flows)
Monitor sales, delivery and billing processes
Interact with functional and technical teams (ABAP, MM, FI)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Basic knowledge of SAP SD
Understanding of the Order to Cash (O2C) process
Knowledge of sales, billing and delivery processes
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA (SD)
Basic knowledge of SAP MM (a complementary technical advantage)
Proficiency in Excel
Experience in a support environment (AMS)
Understanding of integration between modules (SD, MM, FI)
Basic ABAP knowledge (simple debugging or code reading)
Academic experience or internship with SAP
Good analytical skills and organizational abilities
University degree in progress or completed in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
