About the role

  • Map and structure quality processes within the IDP platform
  • Facilitate alignments with leadership and product teams
  • Incorporate and evolve development journeys within the IDP platform
  • Conduct user research to gather insights
  • Promote continuous improvement cycles in:

  • Ensure the best possible experience for users, focusing on usability and efficiency
