About the role

  • Work on IT infrastructure projects and technology modernization initiatives in mission-critical environments
  • Assess, propose and support the definition of IT solutions related to infrastructure
  • Provision, administer and sustain On-Premises and multi-cloud IT environments
  • Perform corrective, preventive and enhancement maintenance on application server infrastructure and participate in incident and problem resolution
  • Troubleshooting
  • Develop scripts and automations for administration and provisioning of the environment
  • Support support, operations, development and IT architecture teams, including handing over procedures to second-line support
  • Work on projects and activities related to Cybersecurity and audits
  • Create and maintain environment documentation
  • Perform capacity planning and support licensing compliance for managed components
  • Other tasks related to IT Infrastructure

Requirements

  • Operating systems: Linux (Red Hat, SUSE)
  • Application servers: JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, Node.js or others; experience with Spring Boot projects and Spring Batch applications
  • Messaging solutions: MQ or Kafka
  • DevOps
  • CI/CD
  • GitLab CI
  • Jenkins
  • Argo CD
  • Networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS
  • Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field
  • Preferred: server automation and management tools such as Ansible, Red Hat Satellite, SUSE Manager; scripting with Ansible, Python, Shell Script
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure or GCP
  • Containers: OpenShift, Kubernetes or Docker
  • Monitoring and observability: Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, etc.
  • Security and compliance: hardening, environment segregation, encryption, access control, compliance with LGPD and BACEN regulations
  • Postgraduate degree in technology or related field (desirable)
  • Certifications: LPI Level 2 or Level 3 (Linux Professional Institute), RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer), CompTIA Linux+, or SUSE Certified Engineer
